Speaking

A woman in a light blue denim jacket speaking into a microphone at a gathering or event. She is standing next to a table with a floral arrangement. There are children wearing polka-dotted clothing in the foreground, with one in a pink and white polka-dotted hoodie. People are seated and listening, with a white wall and an exit sign behind her.

Two voices. Four decades. Twice the impact.

Keynotes and conference sessions that challenge assumptions, shift perspectives, and leave your audience with something they can actually use.

Why two speakers?

Most keynotes give you one perspective. We give you two.

Renita Joyce Smith has spent two decades inside complex organizations — building leadership pipelines, navigating executive politics, and learning what actually moves the needle when you're part of the system. Tracy Reneé Williams has spent hers working across industries and continents — coaching executives, facilitating culture change, and helping leaders see what they're too close to recognize.

When we present together, you get both lenses. The builder's perspective and the coach's perspective. The systemic view and the individual one. The strategy and the soul.

It's not a tag-team for the sake of it. It's two complementary perspectives that create more depth, more energy, and more resonance than a single voice can deliver.

Topics we address

We speak on leadership, team dynamics, organizational culture, and the messy human work of building something that lasts. Our talks are grounded in research and practice — but they're designed to land, not to lecture.

We also develop custom content for your specific audience, industry, or theme. If there's something your conference needs that isn't listed here, let's talk.

  • What it actually takes to develop leaders who can hold hard conversations, make decisions without rescue, and carry the weight of increasing stakes.

  • Why smart, capable teams get stuck — and what shifts when you address the real issue underneath.

  • How to build high-performing cultures without treating humans like resources. (Spoiler: it's not about ping-pong tables.)

  • What happens when you're scaling fast, reorganizing, or integrating after a merger — and how leaders can hold the system steady while everything shifts.

  • How understanding what makes people naturally effective changes the way you lead, hire, and develop.

  • How leaders can navigate the mindset shift AI demands — moving from fear and resistance to curiosity and strategic clarity. What your team needs from you as the nature of work evolves.
